Do I need a label printer?

No. Sticker sheets print on any regular printer (Paper and printers). A thermal label printer is faster and needs no ink.

My Bluetooth printer doesn't show up in the browser

Use Chrome or Edge on a computer or Android - Safari and Firefox have no Web Bluetooth. Switch the printer on and disconnect it from other phones. On Android, use the EVoStickers app.

The stickers on my sheet are shifted

Print at 100 % / Actual size with "Fit to page" off, and check you picked the sheet that matches yours (Print tips).

The date on my sticker is wrong

Time fields use the moment you print and the device's clock and time zone. Check the device's date and time. The preview shows today's values. (Time fields)

I can't save another sticker

The free plan saves up to 10 stickers. Delete one you no longer need, or go Pro.

Someone scanned my QR code and saw nothing

Attachment codes are private by default: only you, signed in, see the files. Make the code a public link if others should see them (QR codes, attachments and sharing).

I bought Pro on my phone. Does it work in the browser?

Yes - sign in with the same EVo account. If it doesn't show yet, use "I bought Pro - check again".
